Fun Factor:★★★★★

Tomb Raider (2013) is way different than the other TR games out there. This one blows all the others away, and this one has more action, more blood, and a damn good storyline.

The game is about Lara set out to find the lost kingdom of Yamatai, in the Dragon’s Triangle off the coast of Japan. This game is like the TV series named Lost meets Uncharted. Uncharted has more action, and is less bloody, but in this game, you have more action and it is really bloody. That was like the first Tomb Raider game that was really bloody. This one is like an action horror game. The other games were were not that horrifying at all.

In this game, you will run into the creepy tombs you will find. Lara isn’t wearing her booty shorts in this one. This one is reboot from the series. The gameplay runs more like Uncharted. I like this gameplay better than the others. This one has easy controls and runs more smoothly. No more painful controls and no more giant square hands, except for Legend, Anniversary, and Underworld. Those three were made for the PS2. The graphics in this game do look like Skyrim, but a little more detailed. The graphics are ten times better than the other TR games were. This game looks pretty good on 360, but on the PS4, it looks more like a CGI Hollywood action movie.

Yes, this game is for the PS4. The XBOX ONE is the same as the 360, but muddier. The 360 version looks better than the XBOX ONE version. So, if you want to get this game you should get for the PS4 or the 360. The 360 Square team had put more effort in to this game, and made game challenging, and made the controls easier for the fans of the series. I know fans were upset with the controls and they wanted to throw the controller to the TV, but they don’t do that any more since games today have easier controls than back in the 90’s. If you are the fans of the series, you will like this game better than the other in the past. I liked the other games, but this game is better.
