Guilt Box – The little box listing the nutritional guide of certain food items, either on the packing or the backside of the fast-food tray-liner that lists how much fat, sugar, carbs, and calories certain food items have to show how bad they are for you.
Maybe you’ve gotten more health conscious over the years, and have taken to reading labels while shopping to avoid certain items that you have recently learned is bad for you. The companies who make all these things that are so bad, but tastes so good are getting good at giving you some shocking news, and they don’t have to say a word. All you have to do it turn oven that box, can, or tray-liner, and you will find the Guilt Box. You might feel a little nausea when you see the numbers listed about whatever items you just ate, and how much damage it might do to you. So, now that you have consumed said item, are you going to just let it settle, work it off, or just go bulimic with it? Maybe you could just avoid it next time, and look for a healthier alternate. Sometimes that can be very difficult, because you know that a healthier alternate might not taste quite as good as the original. If you stare at those guilt boxes long enough, you might find yourself in a Whole Foods parking lot before you know it.
