Fun Factor:★★☆☆☆

When this title was first seen this reviewer thought it would be great to play since all of the train games that I have are full of stuff I don’t want on my computer. The screen shots that was seen were also quite interesting and fun to look at. So I gave the game a try. and at first it really was fun and then the time management kicked in and it started to quickly become a nightmare to manage.

The premise of the game is that you have inherited a run down locomotive and you are going to get it up and running and start using it to make money. You have to lay track between the suppliers and the customers so that you can get the goods to market, so to speak. The first level is just an out and back run and lets you see how some of the functions work. At fist you might think that the game will be a breeze but keep in mind that at first you can only use 2 cars with your locomotive. When you have orders that you HAVE TO fill that gets really troublesome. As you go along you can upgrade to a more powerful loco but it never seems to be enough.

Sniglet Of The DayKnimpel (NIM pul) – n. The missing last piece of a jigsaw puzzle.

With summer days often comes summer storms, and your will often find yourself whiling away a siege of inclement weather until the front line passes, which would be anywhere from an hour to three days, depending on what part of the country you are in. Some of us might take the time allotted to us in this way in putting together a jigsaw puzzle. It can be anything from 100 to 5,000 pieces or more, but not matter how simple or complicated that puzzle might be, you are always going to be looking for the knimpel. It’s that piece that eludes you, that one that goes missing. It could have been stolen by a pet, and is currently being chewed on or tossed around. It could be under the rug, a chair, or end table, or somewhere where a pet might easily get at it. No matter what, you have to find the knimpel, or all those hours of work during those storms are for nothing, especially if you are a puzzle collector, and put the thing together to cover with clear varnish and hang on a wall. The hunt for the knimpel might become more of a puzzle than the puzzle itself. Good luck with finding the knimpel. The sanity you save may be your own.
