Overflow Servers from Hunter’s Insight

I think people have really bad attitudes. Just in general. Which is funny because most of the time I have a really bad attitude. So really, I’m an expert on bad attitudes. Which is why I think a lot of the forum posters, and blog posts about overflow servers are short-sighted and cranky. Do I think it’s a perfect system? No, but I think it’s better than waiting in a queue and not playing at all, and that should be the main thought on everyone’s mind, but it isn’t.

Just to explain, an overflow server is the Guild Wars 2 solution to crowded servers. When a zone becomes full, a second copy of that zone is produced and those wishing to log in and, instead of being sent to a login screen with a timer, you are sent to the copy and allowed to play.

Sniglet of the Day : May 6

Sniglet Of The Day WoWbrat – n. A type of gamer whom is so devoted to World of Warcraft, they cannot understand why every other MMORPG is not like it.

Gamers come into all kinds of different MMORPGS, and there are so many online games out there now, it makes some of us wonder why some World of Warcraft players even try other games. These are the WoWbrats. Players who love WoW so much that they want every other game out there to be pretty much another version of WoW in a different package. If you are an online gamer, and play any of these addictive fantasy-based games, most likely you have come across them, or have come across a version of another game that was modified to pander to them to keep their business while it drove away the business of the people who who actually paid for the game regularly. Some of the developers of these other games learned that maybe trying to please the WoWbrats might not be worth the loss of revenue. Sadly, the WoWbrats continue to invade non-WoW games, hoping that they can turn the tides in their favor, but those players who like their MMOs just the way they are usually confused, and sometimes frustrated with the WoWbrats, wondering, “If they love WoW so much, why did they even bother to try something else?”

Do You Wanna Date My Avatar Music Video

Felicia-Day-Do-You-Wanna-Date-My-AvatarThis video is steaming hot and ready to make you want to crawl back into your MMORPG for some love. Hot women in fantastical settings, gyrations and skimpily dresses. Who wouldn’t want to be there and this video has all of that and more. A catchy tune that will stick in your head for days and you wont care that it does as each note brings back memories of the scenes seen in the video as well as the words from the song.

The normally plain faced Felicia Day also known as Codex is transformed into a goddess of game and song. Her voice is mesmerizing and a real pleasure to listen to and she definitely knows how to use her assets. This is one song that you will find yourself singing along to before you even realize it.

The State Of Online Gaming

This entry was posted in Online Games by Cleave on

I have been playing a lot of online games for both fun, excitement and for reviews and there is one constant in every single one of them. That one constant is that there are a ton of people that just don’t care about anything or anyone then themselves. You know who I am talking about, the NOOB haters. Actually they think everyone is a noob. If you make a mistake your a noob. If you beat them in a battle, you used a noob trick. If you have a question your a noob. They hate noobs, so they hate everyone. If you try to get any kind of information they flame you and cut you down. If you do anything a way other then they think it should be done you are automatically a noob and not worth their time. Your not worth your own space in the universe and sometimes they even say you should just go die because you are such a noob. They think they are so elite that they are gods and they are probably ages 14 to 16 in my opinion.

Review: Kitsu Saga

Kitsu Saga - Free MMORPG at Aeria Games
Gameplay:★★★☆☆
Graphics:★★★★☆
Sound:★★★★☆
Value:★★★½☆
Fun Factor:★★★¾☆
Overall:★★★¾☆

Kitsu Saga is a new game from Aeria Games. The game takes place in an oriental setting where you are a young warrior who is on a quest to save the realm. Along the way you receive familiar spirits called Kitsu. Kitsu are a fox like nature spirit that will bond with the warrior to help them along with their quests. As you the player become more powerful so does the spirits that you can befriend.

The game system uses mostly click and move with some key pressing for various actions. It is a fun and entertaining game as well as F2P, free to play. You could easily spend hours in this game just wondering around and looking at things. In the earlier levels mostly what you have to attack are mostly docile creatures that don’t attack until you attack them. This allows you to get used to the controls and learn the gaming system at your own pace.
