Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku is an okay game, but this game is not all that fun. This is first American DBZ game that they made. This game is like SNES version of Dark Alliance, because it is only for the Game Boy. You have your health bar on the top left corner of the screen and the gameplay almost runs like Dark Alliance.
You can fly in this game, but you have a limited number of times you can fly. Which that is really stupid! When you play the game, you will see that game isn’t like TV show. The developers took bits and pieces from the show, and put it in the game. In the game, you see photos from the show and 2 short video clips. This game basically on season 1-3. So, pretty much from the Saiyans and Freiza saga. The graphics in this game are ok, but I have seen better graphics on Game Boy. The quests in this game are really boring. You save children and animals to bring back to their parents and pick up objects to bring back to the right owner. The music is sound pretty good. It remind me of the track from the old Square Enix games that were on the SNES. That is the only good thing about this game. Read more...(292 words, 31 images, estimated 1:10 mins reading time)
I just watched Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and this one of the best DBZ movies that I have ever seen. Usually every DBZ movie that I had watched were like a hour, but this a real movie. This movie is about this god name Beerus, the God of Destruction, and he is looking to find the Super Saiyan god. Beerus is like a mummy cat. He acts like a cat and he looks sort of dehyrated. So goes to earth to find a Saiyan god and look for him.
He arrived at Bulma’s Birthday party. Vegeta was scared of him, so Vegeta tries to make happy, because Vetega’s father was his servant. Beerus likes the food on earth, but when he tries to get some pudding from Majun Buu, and Buu refuses to give any up, he goes on a rampage. Mr.Buu eats all the pudding. And we know Buu is stupid. When Bulma came up and slaps Beerus, Beerus slaps her back and Vegeta was very angry. Vetega fights with Beerus to honor Bulma. If someone does that to a woman, I will do the same. Goku came up and fights with Beerus. When he was fighting with Beerus, he be came a Super Saiyan God. Read more...(350 words, 7 images, estimated 1:24 mins reading time)
This cutting edge retelling of an anime classic might have some reeling but it is full of action, suspense and drama. It is a retelling of a tale that is more grown up and not just for the kids any more. Goku is about to turn 18 and it is going to be a day that he will never forget and it will change his life forever. A great destiny awaits him and if he can learn how to control the beast within him he just might be able to save the world at the same time. At least he is not alone on his quest, he will have the help of many of the Dragonball ledgens like Chi Chi, a rich gal who also fights, Bulma (Emmy Rossum) the heiress to Capsule Corp and inventor of a Dragonball Radar. Along the way they also find Yamcha (Joon Park) a self absorbed man who only seems to think of money and of course the infamous Master Roshi (Yun-Fat Chow). Roshi is old, stiff and always looking to put his hands where they should not be. He is also a monk and skeptic that ran away from the temple until Goku showed up to get his help.
