Sniglet Of The Day Kawashock – the act of driving into a supposedly empty parking space only to find it filled by a motorcycle.

Getting a bit of kawashock can cause frustration, irritation, aggravation, and downright anger. It’s not only motorcycles that can cause kawashock. Sometimes it can be a very small car, or even a huge van that is parked over two spaces, so it looks like the spot might be empty on a first glance. It can happen anywhere, but mostly it occurs at places you frequent the most like supermarkets and discount stores. Those places you want to run in and out of quickly, but thanks to the biker, green motorist, or mini-bus driver, your little trip is not going to be a quick as you had planned. It will now take more time to find a parking space than it will to run in an get gallon of milk and a dozen eggs. These motorist have just as much right to be there as you do, and most likely came here for the same reason, but you can’t help but feel cheated when you wonder why there isn’t a special area for parking motorbikes and sub-compact cars. If you ever find a place like that, let those of us here at Musings know, so we can let the world know.
