When this title was first seen this reviewer thought it would be great to play since all of the train games that I have are full of stuff I don’t want on my computer. The screen shots that was seen were also quite interesting and fun to look at. So I gave the game a try. and at first it really was fun and then the time management kicked in and it started to quickly become a nightmare to manage.

The premise of the game is that you have inherited a run down locomotive and you are going to get it up and running and start using it to make money. You have to lay track between the suppliers and the customers so that you can get the goods to market, so to speak. The first level is just an out and back run and lets you see how some of the functions work. At fist you might think that the game will be a breeze but keep in mind that at first you can only use 2 cars with your locomotive. When you have orders that you HAVE TO fill that gets really troublesome. As you go along you can upgrade to a more powerful loco but it never seems to be enough.

Some games were meant to be played and enjoyed while others should just be covered up and never seen again, Youda Camper is one of those last types of game. The controls are not very intuitive and the peeps in the game are not very, shall we say, bright. They come to the gate asking for one tent and you give it to them and then all the sudden they are saying that is not what they were wanting at all. I know the customer is always supposed to be right but with this game it is rather unreasonable the way that they are. Another aspect of the game that is not very good for the player is that all the people coming to the gate are stacked up on one another so that when you grab one car to place with a tent you might actually get the other care instead. There is no way to lengthen the cue for the vehicles so you never know if you have it right or not.

This silly little match three game is a real charmer as you try and make sure that all of your customers are happy as you fill their orders. Seems simple enough at first and it is till you start getting into the higher levels of the game. You have to match up the items in the grid so that they can be used to fill the orders of the various customers that are coming into your shop. It is fast moving and as you progress you are able to get upgrades for you shop as well. There are several types of upgrades that you can get, each to be able to keep your customers happy and to make you extra funds along the way. You can even upgrade or purchase new recipes from the tokens that you find as your playing the game. Each level adds more customer types for you to placate as you attempt to fill their orders before they just walk out the door mad at you. It is a race against time and a race to find all the ingredients to put the orders together. Remember though that you can always pause the game and come back to it later if you find your eyes and heart racing and you are wanting to pull your hair out. In the end though, you will have fun with this fun little match three and time management game.
