Soul Calibur II

Soul Calibur II take place from 4 years after from first Soul Calibur game and 7 years after Soul Blade. I have not play first Soul Calibur game but I want to. There some guest characters in this game, but each one is on a different controls. In the Play Station 2 version, you have Haihachi. He is in the Tekken series. I have played Tekken, but I’m not a big fan of it. The Nintendo GameCube version have Link from The Legend of Zelda series. The Xbox version have Spawn and you have see him in his comic books. I wish they had put the Master Chief from the Xbox version instead of Spawn because the Master Chief is in Halo, and Halo is on Xbox.

This game has very many things you can chose from. The things you can do in this game are Arcade, Vs, Time Attack, Survival, Team Battle, Practice, and Weapon Master. The Arcade is about playing each character in 8 stages and get a high score. Vs. mode is about playing against your friend. The first time I played this game with my friend, I would always pick the sexiest female character I like, and whipped his butt with that character, and the character I would whip his but with is Cassandra. There are more characters in this game instead of Soul Blade. Time Attack is to beat the clock in 8 stages. Survival is to stay alive in 8 stages. Practice mode is to learn the controls of this game, if you haven’t played any of the Soul Calibur games yet. The Weapon Master is about unlocking stuff. So it pretty much like a storyline right there. You can not make your character in this game. You can make your character in 3,4, and 5 but not in 2 and Soul Blade. I have not played number 5, yet but I want too so bad.

The graphics in this game is the same in number 3. The controls are still the same, and the gameplay is as well. I love the soundtrack in this game. This Soul Calibur game is the first Soul Calibur game I have played before I tried the other Soul Calibur games. I play it on the NGC and I love it. So, if you played a lot of fighting games, or you are big Soul Calibur fan like me, play Soul Calibur II
