Fun Factor:★★★★★

Those of you whom like city builders and enjoyed the Sierra City Builders back in the 90s and early 00s will very much enjoy this game. It has much of the same graphics as these games, plus a back story featuring two amazing heroines, Queen Hatsheput and Cat Goddess Bastet. This game tells us how they got the people together to rebuild the kingdom after Anubis and Set tore the land up in a vicious sandstorm when Ra went missing. We get not only the time management building classic, but logic games as we follow Hatsheput on her journey through the divine realms to get help from lesser gods, and they test her worthiness through logic games and even some match 3 puzzles. Thankfully, there are no hidden object puzzles in Egypt: Secret of five Gods because that would have just been way too many categories to place this game under. I really enjoyed this game, maybe because I love Egyptology and cats. Maybe because I find the history of Hatsheput to be fascinating, or just because of the nostalgic look. If you are into any of these things, or maybe you just might be a fan of Stargate SG1, then log in and get your Kemetic groove on!
