Twisted Metal is a old classic PSone game. This game came out around 1995. That was when the PSone was getting started. This one of best classic PSone games of all time. This game takes place in the streets of Los Angeles on Christmas Eve, 2005. The person who started the Twisted Metal competition is know as Calypso. Calypso will give anything to the winner that he or she wants to have in life, but one of them has to win the Twisted Metal competition first.
The last person standing is the winner. There are characters to chose in this game. The characters are Sweet Tooth, Warthog, Outlaw, Darkside, Hammerhead, Yellow Jacket, Roadkill, Spectre, Mr. Grimm, Crimson Fury, Pit Viper, and Thumper. In this game you are shooting up cars or trucks to win the Twisted Metal competition. You got some special weapons. Rockets and machine guns on your car or truck. This game does not save. This uses a password. If you put in the password correctly, it will leave off when the last time you played. So don’t forget to write down your password, otherwise you will forget. The graphics are kind of like the first Need For Speed game. Read more...(303 words, 3 images, estimated 1:13 mins reading time)
Ridge Racer 64 is OK game, but not as great than R4: Ridge Racer Type 4. The graphics is OK but not great. The good thing about Ridge Racer 64 is the gameplay and more cars. This game has some activities, but they are the same as other Ridge Racer games. There one new activity I never saw in the other Ridge Racer games before. The new activity in this game is Car Attack.
Car attack is winning some new cars. If you win against that car, then you get to have it. When you are playing this game, you will see the cars look like a box. I call them box cars because it looks the cars in the Kia Soul commercial.

R4: Ridge Racer Type 4 is only for the PSone, but this game has better graphics than Ridge Racer and Ridge Racer Revolution. This came to American in 1999 and came out in Japan around 1998. This one is my third favorite Ridge Racer game. I like this one better than Ridge Racer, Ridge Racer Revolution, and Ridge Racer 64. This game is all about choosing a team you go with and help them winning the championship. The team you can chose are the Americans, Japanese, French, and Italian. I chose the Japanese because they have better cars than the other teams.
This game has some activities, as well. The activities are Grand Prix, time attack, and VS. battle. The Grand Prix is like the story mode. If you are trying to learn how to play the game, try go to time attack. If you play on time attack, you will learn the controls in this game. There are no directions how to play, but if you keep on practicing on time attack, you will get better at the game. You are already know Vs. Battle. VS. Battle is about racing against your friends or family members. I already race against my friend once and I got him upset because I win, but I always say to him it is just a game. Ridge Racer V is the first game on the PlayStation 2. The graphics looks much better than the PSone version and the Nintendo 64 version. The gameplay is a lot smoother than the PSone and Nintendo 64. This is not an Arcade game, not any more. This game has a story line in it. This game is about racing the 5 tournaments. You have to come in first place in each race you are in. The controls are easier than in the PSone version. This is my second favorite Ridge Racer game. I like to play a lot.
I love playing this game because I like to drift. You will get to drift quite a bit in this game. I love drifting. Drifting is a more fun than a driving tour. The graphics is way better than the PSone. The PSone graphics are too blocky. I love the details of the cars and I like the winning girl in this game. You get the winning girl in the opening. The winning girl is not 2D any more. You get to see her in 3D. This winning girl looks like one those female characters from Soul Calibur. Well, this game is done by NAMCO, and NAMCO did Soul Calibur as well. Read more...(347 words, 3 images, estimated 1:23 mins reading time)
Ridge Racer Revolution is the same as number one. This is the second Ridge Racer on the PSone. This is like the arcade version and number one was like the arcade version as well.
This one has 3 tracks instead of 4 tracks. The 3 tracks in this game are much harder than the first one. I kept on racing on the first track until I won. I won on the 10th try. I kept losing the first track 9 times, but when I raced the 10th time done that track, I won. I finally won that track. There are the other two tracks, but they are 10 times harder than the first track. This game is much harder than the first one. In the first one, you were playing on normal mode, but in this one, you are playing on very hard mode, or if you’re a first person shooter fan who plays racing as well. You will call it nightmare mode. Read more...(337 words, 2 images, estimated 1:21 mins reading time)
