Doom is a Sci-fi horror film and this one is basically on a video game. This movie is set in the future and set in year 2046. This movie is about eight Marines from Earth who are ordered to go to Mars and there orders are protect people and claim UAC data. The eight marines were Sarge, Reaper, Duke, Destroyer, The Kid, Portman, Goat, and Mac. Sarge always follows orders and he never disobeyed orders before. Later in the movie, he will be come a demon or monster.
In this movie, there is no Hellgate. That was in Doom 3. This is when scientist are experimenting on humans. I wish they had put a Hellgate in this movie and it would be great, but the movie is still pretty good. The game is still better than this movie. When I’m watching this movie, everything is pitch black. That is the good or bad reason. The good reason is when you turn off the lights at night time, you will get jumpy. That is why people got scared from this movie. The bad reason is it needs more color. If I want to watch this movie in the day, it needs more color, not pitch black. As I was driving along this afternoon, listening to Paco on Panama City’s 97X, Paco made mention about a movie that was on Syfy last week that had suddenly made social media go wild. As it turns out, Syfy was runnning an encore of it tonight, and I got my chance to see Sharknado.

The two come to an impasse of guns and money after Palmer gets a sample of shark fin soup. suddenly the winds blow up, and soon the fishing boat is awash with spray and waves from an unusual hurricane that is coming up the Pacific Coast from Mexico. Along with all those huge waves are sharks that soon devour the crew, and the unlucky Mr. Palmer. Read more...(574 words, 9 images, estimated 2:18 mins reading time)
Bad Robot is right. That robot was very bad in the way that it portrayed this film. Cloverfield is about some Cthulhu-type monster that attacks New York, but shown from a person’s hand held point of view. The film even makes it seem that we are reviewing some government collected footage. That in itself gives the film a rather dry start, but to have everything done with a shaky cam is offensive to the senses. That one fact about the film does away with all its other redeeming qualities. If you can’t enjoy the presentation you are never going to be able to fully enjoy the content.
