Ever wanted to know what it is like to drive a bus? Ever wanted to know what it would be like to try and keep a scheduled while transporting people all over town? If so that this is going to be the game for you. Bus Driver puts you behind the wheel of your very own bus so that you can experience it for yourself. The game plays like most driving games but instead of just speed to worry about you also have real word obstacles and rules that must be followed to be able to get the job done and done right. There is traffic to deal with, red and green lights and almost impossible turns to make at times that give you a real appreciation for what a real bus driver has to deal with. This is not an easy game but it is fun to play.

There are several tiers to the game, you are not just thrown into the mix and expected to just get it right. They take you step by step with your first mission that is to pick up the local high school team and get them to their destination on time and safely. Safely can sometimes be the biggest problem because not only are you trying to remember what all the keys are for, how to drive, but you also have traffic and traffic signals to deal with. Every traffic rule that you break you have penalty points added to your score. Every missed stop, mistimed stop or even leaving a stop too early or late will take points away from you. That is why they start you out slow and let you learn how to actually drive the bus safely. Don’t be stressed if you don’t get it right, it is a game. As you get more familiar with the game you will be driving with ease in no time.

As to the sounds and graphic of the game they are almost real world quality and with the ability to change your graphic settings you will almost feel like you are actually there in the game. You can even see cracks in the streets, the shine on the cars and the trees almost blowing in the breeze. There are even some missions where you are driving in the snow and rain. The really eery ones are when it is dusk with fog about you. At least the game lets you know where you have to turn and even has a map with your location and your destination on it. This is going to be one game that will draw you in and keep you truly focused on the task at hand.
